Should i still mention(in my reply email) that my spouse is NOT accompanying and is not a resident of CANADA ? or simply send my information. Thanks in advance

In your application is you have indicated that your spouse is not accompanying then it is evident. However, even if you mention it, it will not matter and no harm.

Hey Guys,

I would like to understand this line.. "Good news! We are ready to finalize your status as a permanent resident in Canada." What does it mean?

I have never received any attachments before portal credentials.. any input would be appreciated.

I have wasted 1 whole day on this. London drug picture didn't work.

I went to staples and shared that brightness was coming as an error. They gave me a tissue to dab my face as face cream on forehead was causing reflection. For pixel error, I adjust by resetting the size to 1680 only on width on my laptop. Then i used green circles to adjusted to my face and the green circles glow (greener) then there was no error.

For brightness, you have to get a new picture. while pixel error , you can do at your laptop.

i hope that it will help ppl who go on this journey of uploading picture.

Me too at 15 dec ,that day visa officer call me ,he help me to declare my self and to upload my foto ,in end told me all is good ,still waiting

Email them: IRCC.ClientPortalPrairies-PrairiesClientPortail.IRCC@cic.gc.ca , ask about your pr card status . They usually reply within 1-2 days.

Did you include a ECOPR copy or any infomration when you emailed them ? Also did you create a new email or reply to the credentials email ? When I emailed them I got an automated response :

Generate a new email. Just mention your Uci number, date of birth, name and application number. Tell them from how long you are waiting for your pr card
