till now no COPR and photo shows in review with IRCC (dec 10).
within how many days copr i can receive any idea, anybody facing the same situation?

Of course they need to declare. That's not a secret. The forms ask you if you've been refused or not. You cannot lie to that question! And yes, people had been banned for 5 years because they failed to declare that information correctly.
I suggest you read what I told him: I told him he doesn't need to declare because the refusal happened after the submission date. However, it doesn't harm to declare as chances are next to zero that you are denied Canada pr because of a US or Canada or any other countries visa rejection unless you're rejected because of security concerns.

Welcome to IRCC, some went through this pain from the start "SP,SOWP etc", nothing new to a few people.

Guys where you get this nonsense from that the IRCC is processing applications based on the time you applied? it is misleading as it is giving false hope because the timing is merely coincidence.

The IRCC is randomly selecting applications. There are thousands of people who applied at 7p and 2pm even and still have not gotten AORs or able to link their application. Also, receiving an AOR doesn't mean your application is approved. It only means they are now processing the application and the standard 6 months wait now starts, many persons received rejection letters after receiving AORs just so you know. I know the wait is intense and frustrating, but cut the crap out for heaven's sake @co2020
