I think the announcement was 2 days ago, but actual implementation is Dec 19.

Guys can someone submit 2 EOI to 2 different provinces (to get PNP) ? I mean wouldnt this make him looks like he is not genuinely going to stay in one of them and there he will not get an ITA because of this ?
