Most probably BG would complete after you give your FP and FP request is completely normal.

Its quite normal.
If you submitted the FP at the time of PR application, it may have expired hence they requested the FP again.

Only my wife got the request. She doesn't have last name and her first name is very common one. so i am assuming there could be too many people with same name and that could be one reason they wanted fingerprints. Thanks for your replies @phoenix232 and @abbas.pasha !!
