Update (they keep on working at least this week):
I got asked for the medical exam. They have also started my background check, and reviewing the last document I sent them.
For people living in Montreal like me, I just got now an appointment for thursday, which I consider super fast at
https://cmipq.com/language/en/ . It costs $230.

It’s been 3 months since we passed medical and received pre-arrival but still waiting for final decision. The status bar is approaching 64%.
Don’t take that completion percentage bar seriously. It just increases by 1% in around week time depending upon the avg processing period. Many friends crossed 100% but still no update. Once we get COPR, the bar increases to 100% at once. Mine was 78-79% when I received the PPR. Some lucky gets DM within 10 months and some takes around 44 months’ time so the average time period (application filed to decision made) is around 25-27 months period. Inland applicant processing has taken a good pace after pandemic travel restrictions . Since you’re Inland applicant so its really surprising why its taking long after medical. Hopefully ecopr for u frm IRCC as christmas gift

Hello everyone,
A question related to the online application for the federal stage.
I hope I'm posting in the right place.
On the online application, it doesn't ask you anywhere to upload your CSQ or your picture.
Am I missing something? Am I supposed to send a paper application as well (which would defeat the purpose)?
Sorry but I'm confused.
Thanks!
Ben.

When uploading CSQ,choose to the option 'other(s)' from the drop down. There is also an option to upload your photo.

I know the % is calculated against the average 27 months time. But for inland applicants it doesn’t take this long. We don’t know why they delay some applicants.
Final got the AOR….
Mar 2021 , inland with 2 persons.wishing everyone best of luck
Congratulation! Received XEP 05 March 21, still waiting for AOR (2 persons)....
At least you have the medical done, I havent even received a medical request yet and I am same month as you. IRCC is taking a serious toll on my mental health now.
Hi Everyone!
While the PR application is in the process -Does the Central Processing Centre at Sydney ever send a letter (physical copy, i.e., by mail by Canadapost) at any stage, especially after the preliminary eligibility check? More specifically, how does the applicant know: if he has passed the eligibility check and his application has been forwarded to the local visa office.
Thank you very much for sharing your inputs.
Best wishes!

it varies from case to case- some of my friends got all the process in 7 to 10 days except the receipt of physical PR card by mail. Most likely you will be able to complete the formalities in a week's time. Also which local visa office is handling your file that also matters.

That was so fast, congratulations!. Usually within a couple of days or a week.
So today I saw a ghost update in my account and then received an email of acknowledgment for the document that I submitted over a month ago. Though nothing have changed in my account. I hope this is a good sign

Sounds promising! What is the status for your additional document now? Is it under review?
