Hey guys, if your application is out of the normal processing times, you can email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca and tell them your situation. You should start review a few days or a week later. Only if your app has exceeded normal processing time.

Apart from the reason of exceeding normal times, do we need to give them some other reason as well?

Some reason for urgency will help. Medical, personal, employment related. Not sure if the time reason alone will work.

I am as well. Sent mine on December 3rd and it got delivered on the 8th but nothing till now.

I'm honestly not sure. I was thinking of calling the call centre but on the website, it does say it can take up to 14 days to get the passport back.

Hey, just checked now and saw that my passport has been stamped cos I can see the counterfoil information showing now so I guess I should get it back this week.

TRV applied on 9th July 2021inland.
PPR on 13th December 2021
Passport is sent to Ottawa same day.

Hey ok, I checked my account now. It says Dec 13, 2021 application approved and the counterfoil has been created. Visa provided until my passport validity.
