New PR confirmation portal

Hi everyone. I received an email for login, but when I type in the password, the system says the password or username is incorrect. I requested the forgot the password, still didn’t get the verification code. Did anyone had this type of issue?

I'm on the same boat. Still haven't received an email with verification code even to log in for first time.

Anyone in BC or AB who was sent their card last week have received it yet mine was sent on the 2nd still hasnt arrive starting to worry.

After how many days of receiving COPR have you received an email that PR card has been mailed ?

Ah okay! I have couple of friends who received their PR cards literally 10 days after they received the eCoPR.

Where did these friends apply ?
How long did it take for them to receive PR Portal credentials ?

Hi ,

I got bc key update that my pr card was approved and mailed to me on Nov 30th,

I haven’t received the PR card on mail yet as of Dec 6th , not counting the weekends of dec 4th and 5th, total days have been 4 , when should I expect to received it ?

Actually I solved the issue, in my password the last symbol was ; I decided that it is just semicolumn and didn’t use it. I would recommend you to copy the password they sent from email.

None of them did yet they got their PR card

Both are inland applicants. One of them is a PNP applicant (AOR - Sep 2020) and the other one is a CEC applicant (AOR - March 2021).
They both got their portal credentials mid-November and received their PR cards 2 weeks after receiving the credentials.

Does anyone know if its normal for the card to take over a week to arrive? I live in calgary which is far from sydney and its December so there are definitely more packages but i am worried my card was shipped on dec 2nd the address it was shipped to is correct but i still havent received it yet

Hey what province are you in? And did your card get delivered? Mine was mailed on the 2nd December its been 6 days not counting the weekends and it still hasnt arrived im in calgary Alberta

its so frustrating that i got my ecoPR on november 24, and my card is STILL in production. no one can give me any information. is anyone else in the same boat?

Yup.. in the same boat. I got mine on 23rd Nov and didnot get any card update yet. Whats your VO?

Same here. I got my eCoPR on Nov 21 and haven't received my card yet.
2 of my friends got their cards within a week of receiving their eCoPR.
