Hello I have applied for tr to pr around 7:30 pm EST, no AOR received, my work permit ends in a month and half. what can I do to extend my stay in Canada. Please I would really appreciate a reply.
Beginning July 26, 2021, individuals who have applied for the recently opened pathway to permanent residence will be eligible for an open work permit while awaiting the results of their application.

Hi guys, advice please.
Today my husband received PR portal credentials but I haven’t (I am the primary applicant). In the portal, it shows his name, mine is still not there. Also, It says that the primary applicant should submit their photo and address first and then the dependent.

Is this normal? Please advice.

I suggest you contact the IRCC and inform them of the error. If not when they find out the will immediately cancel his PR

Depend on ADR review + background check. Case-by-case. Hard to guess.

TR to PR provides Open Work Permit. Submit your application before your visa expires, once you do that you are allowed to work until a decision is made on your PR application
