So inquire about updates! my friend who applied 2 months after I did already scheduled to take the test & my other friend who got the same timeline like me already did the oath. I don't know how IRCC operate but I feel they punish provincial nominees for moving by putting their files on shelves

They dont give any updates more than what you can find on the tracker ( Automated response )

IRCC will deny that later applicants than you are progressing before you, and they will not give you any useful info.

Not sure if this is the right forum for this, but just looking for any potential advice and really appreciate any help

Back in November 2020 I submitted an application for a citizenship certificate by mail from the USA to Nova Scotia. Since it was a first time applying, there was no UCI to include. I had tracking and it arrived with confirmed delivery. I never got a AOR or any updates. Sent an email in April 2021 and the response was it was "not available in the system yet" and no other updates could be provided.

My concern is that is it has never actually been accepted by the people there, but no way to verify this. Am I being too impatient. Thoughts or advice on finding more info?

Hi Everyone,
We have received citizenship certificate today by mail (Montreal applicants). Our oath was on November 26th. This marks end of the process. Thanks everyone for your comments, suggestion during this journey since last year.
