Guys may I ask after you upload photo and address, you just wait for PR card, right? Do you need to anything after getting Epcor? I am so confused seeing people talking about checking status through GCkey.

No You don’t need to do anything else. If you need, you can link your PR card to GC account to know about the status of your PR card. Not mandatory to link..

You have to link your file the other way is if you email ircc and by chance its mailed they will let you know in the reply to your email

You can link your PR card application into your IRCC profile, Login to you profile and select "Add(Link) Your Application to your account" and enter details, it will find your app and you can add it to your profile so you can track it. It does not change anything from processing point but you can look at the status.

will I get an update there about my card when it’s sent out or will it be on the other portal? Just a bit confused

No you wont get emails they will be ghost updates so you will have to frequently login and check is anything has changed

I did get an email when my card was mailed, but it was a day later than the actual status update.
