Can one receive AIP before biometrics.
Is this possible?

No! Biometrics comes before AIP.They have to Makesure you meet all the eligibility for Pr before stage one can be approved

1-3 months. Ask your lawyer if he has not received it on his email. Often they forget to forward it to you or think you do not need it.

22 months is total for Stages 1 and 2 yes. So divide that in half, very roughly, and you get about 1 year for AIP. But note that this is not average but it is the time that takes to process 90% of applications. This is very different from average, statistically speaking. So some people will hear back in 3 months, others in 6 months, etc., so that 90% of people in your cohort will hear back within a year. All Depends on how big/complex is your case and how busy your officer/office is.

if you have admissibility issues it will take longer then usual time if you don’t it’s faster
It doesn’t matter how long it takes as long it’s positive results
The longer it take the better outcome is It
