PR Card after landing at POE (not virtual landing)

Hello
My dependents landed in Canada as permanent residence on October 23 at Montreal.
On next day I was able to link their PR card application under my GCKEY online account.
After that there is no update. Is there anyway I get any update. Anyone in similar timeline landed physically in Canada received PR Card?
