Your application could stay in Canada or sent to any office within the IRCC network. Your local office will be the one to issue your COPR though, after your application is approved.

In that case, I believe your application would be handled by the local VO in charge of your country of residence.

Some applications are a lot more complicated there delays on getting the information to the immigration officer or it just takes ages for them to check up things in your country etc.

The liberals have been saying to increase supply but they dont do anything of substance. They like to parrot a first time grant of 5-10K. But when prices are increasing 15-30% YoY, that amount is useless. HOUSING IS RIDICULOUS IN CANADA. According to video @Raj asr won't be able to afford downpayment for 15 years

Freeland was pretty bad last term, and got one of the biggest cabinets as a reward, so makes sense to go after her. Don’t know why Fraser tries to but in, immigration is like the lowest of low cabinets in parliament. He basically just got a participation trophy.
