Did you get the PPR in you Cic account or in directly in your email?
Follow Re-medical document. Ideally Doctor send reports to IRCC directly as mention in requested document.

when you mentioned CIC... is that portal account where eCOPR came or in IRCC application account? Because both of them are cic.gc.ca.
I am waiting PR card and waiting PPR for my outland dependents.

Could you please share when you got the credentials email? I Just want to understand the timeline of PA copr and dependent’s PPR after receiving credentials email
I got portal email on 25 nov

Got credentials on 29 nov uploaded address and photo same day
Today on 2nd dec got copr and PPR
