How did you withdraw the old application?

I applied for my parents in July 2021 and reapplied in October, and still, both of the applications are pending. Did you withdraw the older application or it got withdrawn automatically by the system?

I didn’t withdraw the old application, it got automatically withdrawn by them. They’ll get to your file soon!

Same boat as you. I chose option 2 but you should check with others as I have not received PPR yet.

As soon as I applied, the application was in submitted state and received mail mentioning the application is submitted.

My mom gave biometric on Nov 19th but it hasn't updated yet. I can see her biometric enrollment number but biometric is still showing that we need your finger prints.....
Anyone in the same situation?

Hi . We faced same issue. We gave bio on nov 8th, though the details were updated, the message was not updated till nov 26th. Now its updated to completed. I had raised a webform explaining the error. I am not sure if that has helped in changing the status.
