Hi guys! I have a question. You can check your pr card application in ECAS only if you applied for pr card through mail? I uploaded my photos through portal and can’t check my application in ECAS

No, once you got COPR, you can link it

Which information you should put in ECAS tool to see the latest update on your application!? I'm putting my UCI and/or PR Card application number but still it says it can't find my profile in the system. While during my call with an agent yesterday she told me that my application is approved and decision is made and it's sent for the printing! While I didn't have a single update about this in my online GC Key account and/or on ECAS tool!

Yours might be sent to production on November 19 (DM date)? Mine is sent to production (Sydney,NS) on November 23rd, waiting for "Printed and Mailed" update as I have flight booked on December 10!!!! stressed

If your application was received at IRCC in May and still didn’t receive your PR card, keep enquiring through your MP office. My application was received May, no update yet. Today my MP office was told by IRCC agent that there was a note on my file saying there was a problem with imaging. They are going to follow up with agent responsible for my file and get back to me as they agree it’s beyond normal processing time. I really hope they will get back to me and I don’t have to check with them again and again.
unless you keep pushing IRCC, it seems they forget about your file and don’t bother contacting you or fixing the issues. Very careless people working there !!!!!

did you get the instructions to upload new photo after having production error with the initial photo? Any update on your file after the involvement of your MP?

Might be helpful to anyone... below is my timeline (PR Renewal)

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on August 11, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on November 16, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on November 16, 2021.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 22, 2021.

PR cards received today 11/25/2021.
