I applied for gcms in September got no response to that as well

You will need to keep sending them reminder emails daily to get the GCMS notes, I applied on Sep 09, and after multiple reminders received the notes yesterday. I have sent emails daily for last fifteen days to the thisemail - IRCC.ATIP-AIPRP.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

Have you sent an email to - IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca for portal credentials. And did you receive any response from them.?

Primary Office: Montreal, Secondary office: Etobicoke.

Same here, I did send the email yesterday and received the same response. But I have seen in another thread a lot of folks have received the portal credentials after sending the email. Let's keep the fingers crossed..

Hello members, need one clarification. What is virtual landing? Is that virtual landing need to be done by IRCC before they can send the golden Portal Mail? Need this info, as looks like my application is stuck at that stage.
