You will require maxed out ielts, a master's degree at the least to be competitive for FSW draws which are running at 470 CRS since 2020
even with S 7.5 L 8.5 R 8.0 W 7.5 & 3 years of experience along with the bachelors degree it comes to 441. and regarding the NOC, I am not sure if there is any PNP. you should check.

If you are confident of PNP nomination then get your IELTS done again. As of now, the EE eligibility is not met which will automatically make you ineligible for PNP through EE.

I'm not confident about getting NOI from any Province,I'm just saying ill be eligible for applying for some pnps.i can increase my CRS to a little extent,However,I'm totally dependent on PNP,all those Youtube Videos got me into this LOL, i'm kinda stuck
