It has been 14 days since 1st portal email

any response from them? I even sent a webform request and reached out on Twitter. Still nothing been 11 days....Will our PR be rejected at this rate? Im not sure what the delay is for??

First photo rejected on October 20th
Second photo uploaded on October 20th.

Photo is still in review...
It's been 1 month since 2nd photo is still in review.

Yes. several webforms and emails. Never got a real update. Always the same answer: we're processing your application, check the processing times (which as last tuesday is 89 days)

COPR Portal email : Nov 13 - replied to the email 3 times within tree days
COPR Portal credential email : Nov 15 ( uploaded my picture and my address the same day )
ECOPR "available for download" email - NOV 16.

PR image - still in review but checking mail regularly

I just got the second GU and approval. Below is my timeline.

VO - Etobicoke (Online photo submission)

August 10 - Portal Credentials
August 19 - eCOPR
October 17 - First GU
October 25 - Second GU (Approved & Mailed)
Pending - PR Card Received

No emails for any of the updates.
PR Portal - Status: Address Accepted, Photo in Review.
GCKey - Permanent Residency Status: Submitted, Permanent Residency Card: Approved

I got Ecopr on 8th Nov same VO online submission fingers crossed if I get before Jan 10 Any thoughts?

My ECOPR was sent by mistake to another person. The person that got my ECOPR was nice enough to contact me. However, these types of errors are unacceptable!

Thanks for sharing this info. I received my eCoPR from OSC-Operations -- Does this email id should work for everybody? I sent an email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca this email id for requesting the PR card status. Doesn't get a luck.

Hello,

A quick information for those who received their eCoPR in June/July 2021 and are still waiting for PR card, try sending an email to below email.
ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca
Forward your initial email for eCoPR or final eCoPR confirmation email, with a very polite language requesting them to process your PR card application as it is already passed projected waiting time and you have not heard anything yet.

I received reply from them within 24 hours and they mentioned that they processed our photos and sent for PR card printing. Same happened with couple of my friends also.

I think it is worth giving a try if your application has passed projected time line for PR card (75 days as of today), rather than submitting web forms.

Thanks paontario. How many days did it take for the card to be approved and dispatched after writing to ircc.clientportalprairies-prairiesclientportail.ircc@cic.gc.ca ? I have sent an email and received a ghost update (assuming the card is sent to production)

I received their response on last Friday, haven't received any update after that. I guess it would take at least couple of weeks after it is sent to production.
Can you share which VO has processed your eCoPR ? Which is your Secondary VO ?

I am not sure if this is a common email or specific to particular VO. All my friends had Etobicoke VO. Did you send email on Saturday ?

I am not sure if it works for all, but I guess there is no harm in sending an email. It may just work for you.

This email seems to be only for those who had received their eCoPR and are waiting for more than stipulated days for PR card waiting. Though I am not sure if it works for all VOs. I see it had worked for candidates from Etobicoke, Calgary, Ottawa and may be OSC VOs.

@legalfalcon I received email from portal with credentials on 29-July, unfortunately I missed the mail and I didn’t login within 7 days. Now when I am trying to login it says invalid password. Can you please suggest how should I move forward. I bit concerned now.

Did you try reset password from PR confirmation portal and check if you can generate new password ? My best guess is to contact IRCC by their helpline or web form.

Did you receive any automated email after sent an email to them?
