New Instructions from IRCC for applications before 7th Sep 2021

looks like something is definitely wrong with my parents application - it's not even updating the biometrics on the second application which was completed on sep 21 and is showing on GC key application. I think I should apply again. Any suggestions?

I think you should submit a webform to address that, no point or need to apply a third time.

they should respond for a web form, I have submitted webforms twice before. Only response I get is - Dear client thank you for your email. Chandigarh immigration center is useless.

According to the above statement on the IRCC portal here, how and where should I tell IRCC that my parents qualify for Covid-19 exception as they are fully vaccinated. Please help.

I applied for a visit visa for my in-laws on 25 Oct through the new IRCC portal again. Original application on the GCKey was made in late May 2021..
Received PPR for my father in law today.
Mother in law's PPR is still pending.
Country Pakistan.

Applied together for both. Have you guys seen such a case where only one application gets approved and the other takes more time to process?

Congratulations! Do you know the visa office where the application processed. I don’t think it was Abu Dhabi office as they are closed on Friday and Saturday

Honestly bro I have no clue where and when they process these applications. I have my parent's Supervisa application pending since September 2020 with no end in sight. I even obtained GCMS notes for their case after a year and realized that they haven't even started working on it.

First Application : September 2 (GC key)
Biometrics Done : September 30
Second Application : October 1 (GC Key)
Eligibility update : November 4 (Second Application)
PPR request and Biometrics correspondence : November 20 (Second Application)

It took 35 Business days for processing. Anyone who applied after Sep 7, hang it tight you are gonna hear a good news.
I was afraid that I made a wrong decision applying our second application through GC key because most of the application approved nowadays were new portal application. but don't worry guys they are working on both type of application. it is just matter of time.

First GC Key application is still pending no update or refund.
