Have anyone been waiting over 5 months with Pre arrival and Dm ?

I received pre arrival on February 2021 and then nothing since then

I got decision made today in ecas Permanent Residence Application Status , so both are decission made, not email yet. The pre arrival, was on August. Let see, if they send an email.

September 2 got pre arrival letter after that got request to re-do medical and police clearance. Since than been waiting. No decision made yet. Any idea how long it might take to get a reply?

My gc key account status changed from we need additional documents to not applicable.but they didn't asked me to provide any documents.is there someone who knows about this?any idea
