PR card application: Nov 4
PR card GU: Nov 10
PR card mailed: Nov 16

I received my eCoPR today Nov 16, and was able to link PR card application an hour later by using UCI# & last name. It was "pending on registration" when I got the application linked. Now it is saying "Submitted". Hope it helps. Thank you!

Do we need to apply separately for PR Card after getting e-copr?

We are supposed to send a solemn declaration form if we don't receive the card by six weeks after the processing time. Right now, the processing time is 75 days for new cards. So, I am planning to send the form any day now.

I have been waiting for 4 months. IRCC doesn't respond to calls or web forms about PR cards because of the Afghanistan situation. If six weeks have passed after the normal processing time, then send a Solemn Declaration form telling that you never received the card.

I think it all depends from which VO they're processing PR Cards. I have heard some are getting their PR Card less than a month or 15 days whereas some are getting after 2-3 months and etc. I got mine in 9 days after receiving eCOPR and it was from Sydney.
So it actually depends on the VO and how fast they are processing and the number of applications they are working on. For example, if the Etobicoke has received a lot of PR application and they are working on it, finalizing application so they may be swamped with and are taking time to send out PR Cards plus there are huge amount of backlogs.
Well I am just saying and it could be a reason that I can think of.

I agree with you on that, it certainly depends on which processing center the PR Card will be coming from. If only they could notify us when they mail the PR Card, which would have been very helpful.

I agree with you. IRCC should notify for those who are waiting on eCOPR and PR cards. Its not that they are low on resources, they have CPCs where atleast they can email to those who sends out a webforms.

You received your eCOPR from Sydney or PR Card from Sydney?

Myself and spouse received eCOPR (Sep 23,2021) and it was from Calgary VO, and I received my PR Card on Nov 10, 2021 from Sydney. But still waiting for spouse PR Card

We have flight booked on Dec 10, 2021 stressed now
