After medical exam how long will take to receive passport request for dependents .

After requesting updated schedule A and the cv, on Nov 8th from my husband. Now, they are requesting updated PCC for a country he has recently lived in for more than 6 months. I also checked ECAS, and it says they have also sent the medical instruction which we didn’t receive yet. That’s a good sign alhamdullilah!
