In a normal process, no need to inform them. It will be automatically transferred to them. You may see it n your account. as update. It had taken 2 weeks to be reflected into my account. In a normal processs !

only refugees are covered for medicals.. your overseas dependents will have to pay for their own immigration medical exam.. can you please share your timeline?
