eCOPR from Etobicoke - Waiting Times

I sent multiple emails to the portal email address, but never got a response. I dont think it facilitated anything. According to IRCC agent, the eCoPR is done by the machine. But my MP office mentioned I should reach out to them again if I did not receive eCoPR within a moth of submitting info in the portal. Hope this helps.
