hmmm... basically anyone with a simple case in our cohort is now getting PPR.
August and July Complex cases are getting PPRs.
Sometimes somewhere in Late Nov to early december, somewhat complex cases in our cohort will get PPRs. Those with old medicals come under such kind of cases.
