Passport sent for Visa Stamping to NY IRCC - Processing Time

Hi Team,

Any idea what would be the process time of getting stamped Visa in passport at New York IRCC.

I have sent the Passport on 20th October 2021 to VFS New York and got message that the application has sent and pending review from IRCC on 25th October 2021.

Its almost 3rd week running and no change in status. I have an emergency and need to travel. None of our family member are having passport with us.

I have called VFS - New York which is actually in Mexico and they said they have no information and they can't say even the process time.

I have called 1800-622-6232, he then routed me to 1800-567-6868 and then they routed me to 1844-880-6519 an then they routed me to 1800-267-837 and they routed me saying 1888-296-4511 is the New York IRCC number but it ended back to VFS.

Appreciate if any one help to get InTouch with IRCC to know the status of my passport.

I have made the payment on 12/Nov (vfs NYC) for passport request and still waiting for two way courier label..

Any timeline to receive the courier label

@Aravindan_N, I'm in the same boat just that my payment date was 15th Nov(vfs NYC). Did you received the label as it has crossed the 72 hour SLA for them?

Did you receive your passport back ? if yes can you provide the date
