Finally received the email today though the message says that it may take up to 6 weeks to get the card in mail. My timeline is as under:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on May 27, 2021.

4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 8, 2021. (Status shows as complete)

Don't expect anything in less than 3 months (optimistic). There's nothing we can do about it.

All renewal cards are processed by central processing unit, Sydney, Nova Scotia.. where you sent your applications.
