PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

Tough question to answer , but just throwing it out there

Does anyone have an idea of which dates they are issuing the AOR for PR card renewal?

Having a guestimate would help me understand if I can travel back home on the 13th of Dec or not.

As per the updates posted in the thread, it looks like they are sending AOR for the 3rd/4th week July applications

Okay so technically tomorrow would mark it as 3 months as our file was received on Aug 9th

as usual, these are only estimations, we know IRCC can be pretty unpredictable. I'm more or less with the same timeline as you.

No, you do not need to file a separate application for your first PR card, it ll be mailed at your given mailing address in Canada...they might ask to resubmit the picture as it happened to me back in 2016 and I have seen may other cases...be confident, they do not ask resubmission of pic to everyone, they asked only if there is a problem with the existing one

My PR renewal application so far. Status changed to "Decision Made" the same day they sent me the receipt.

Lucky you !!! I am stuck on "in process" since Oct 22 the day of AOR

Today the status changed to Decision Made and hope i will get the card soon.

My PR card renewal status is Decision Made since September 16. 8 weeks have passed already with no further update.
Anyone can advise what shall I do to expedite this. I have tried the web form but their response was completely irrelevant even though I said I have to travel.

Landed on Feb 16, 2021; I sent my photos to Ottawa in April, didn't receive any acknowledgement, Linked my paper application to My CIC account in July. Nov 8, notice in MyCIC account that application is approved.

They started processing the PR Card renewal application late March, 2021 (received in January, 2021). Decision made is showing for a couple of months now but still don’t know more than that. It’s very frustrating to say the least.
