What is meant by RFV?

Received the second GCMS in August.
The status of my application is in my signature.
For people on mobile:
Eligibility, Security: Not started
Info Sharing, Medical, Biometrics, Criminality: Passed
Spouse addition: Not yet added since May.

Apparently they are not working on the application. God knows when things will move!! Also which AOR's getting their eligibility passed?

I have my pr application with aor feb 2021.
Since it was taking too much time I asked my employer to issue Intra company transfer closed work pemit, with this my spouse got open work permit . Both are valid till 2024. I have few questions

If I lose my job I cannot work for another employer since it's closed work permit.
Can I stay in canada till 2024 and wait for PR ,provided I have funds to support my self?
My wife has also got job on open work permit will me losing job also cause her work permit to be invalid or its independent of my job ?

If you resign or are terminated you cannot work for another employer unless you get a WP for the prospective employer.

If your work permit is still valid, then you can continue to legally stay in Canada without employment, however, you cannot work and if you do, that will constitute a violation of your immigration status.

YEs, if you have a valid WP.

Is IRCC website down? After I clicked the sign-in button it gives me a blank screen (no error message or any thing) did anyone face it?

It was down a few hours ago, but they recently sent out a tweet saying that everything was up and running.

Haven't received any updation since March ,2021 which was regarding the removal of time bar.

I would like to change my current job to another company.I have submitted still working certificate from my current working place.If so whether I have to update the new employer details in my profile.Please let me know.

If it's FSW and PNP (FSW), you don't need to include it in your profile. You can however inform IRCC of the job change.
I don't know the rules for CEC.

@legalfalcon why IRCC neglects the review required apps ??Do you know ...i am waiting for last 8 months with RR status and its frustrating..please reply
