So it seems, as I have old medicals too, I got a GU with my Biometrics and my and wife's UCI updated. My wife got no BIL till now.

Did any one from your dependent/spouse also got to give Biometrics and did they get BIL? If so when?

No MEP till now.

Did you and your dependents got biometrics update in same GU?
ie did you and all of your dependents have biometrics given earlier? or did they send you Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) with your first GU? or with your next GU?

Me and my dependent got the old work permit biometrics updated with original UCI number changed on same date.

Wait for few more days and dependent will be updated. Old medicals are playing a delay role in our cases nowadays.

I am a single applicant whose only UCI is updated and no updates to bio or Mep yet ( sept 18 AOr)

Have you given biometrics before eg as a part of SP/WP?

You gave Bio in past during your ICT WP in 2019.

My friend you have just cleared completeness check. Eligibility review will not change until you receive COPr. But that does not mean you have not cleared eligibility. The status just does not change on our portal. Secondly to know more roll your dice and phone IRCC don't ask the number just google it. Lastly, to get accurate details order GCMS, Google everything my friend.

But you had a TR to PR app in past as well, right?

It speeds up somethings (my assumption) because it front loads some processing when you apply for TR to PR.

I applied for TR to PR as well but CEC is Quick in my case

No idea about speeding I think it totally depends on the VO and Immigration Officer.
