I forwarded the email received from my lawyer, which already had the subject and attached the pdf. In this email I wrote the requested information.

I received this; “We're still working on your application. You may not have heard from us in a little while. This is normal. Most of the progress on your application happens closer to your estimated completion date”. The last sentence is disappointing.

Does this message mean anything? Or is this just an auto generated message.

I am not receiving the reply with pr portal credentials. It has been 5 days. Can we flagpole instead of the portal?
