Congratulations, it seems like they are processing only portal applications. I haven't heard anyone getting PPR on the GC key recently.
I applied on GC key on Sep 18th, planning to submit another application on IRCC Portal.
It is all messed up.

Yes for sure, my friend applied visa for his in-laws in sep second week and got approval last week.

My wife's second TRV application (which was submitted on Sept. 9th through the portal), is still on-hold, despite the fact that every aspect of her application is finalized, per our M.P.'s report.

Thank you for your reply. My application's eligibility review started on 25th September and no update since then.
Probably I should wait for processing of GCkey application only. I am waiting since Feb 2021 for my mother's application processing. After my father's demise, she is alone in India so feeling really helpless.
