Stage 1 is the same for you as for us, and that is the hardest hurdle: Proving that your HC grounds are strong enough to allow normal sponsorship processing and, most importantly, falling on a compassionate officer's desk. Good luck!

Exactly, I actually wander a bit before I found this forum and I just knew we are partially in same boat so I stayed to learn and unwind, initially I was thinking I should be off the process I. Like 12months but when I found this forum I understood better and began to li e the best of life here till I get response.

Hi @Katayoon i’m Anxious today because I just think about The bad officer who’ve refused the first and the second application of your husband.
I live in mtl and my form was also in French.
Imagine that all applications with French forms are processed by the same officers !!!! Like this bad lady

i think if they gives you an application number with without X thats mean the file is ready to be processed

Hi @wello711 don't worry, she is not the only officer there and there are plenty of people who get approved as well. Your case is very different as well. My partner had misrepresentation.

Btw I just looked her up on the list of members on the IRB website and she is no longer there. Well, no wonder this third time they could not transfer the file to her and we finally got approval lol So you can sleep in peace, my friend

Yes he can, but H&C doesnt give status, so he can be removed before the 12 months. Better to fill de Jr and HC at same period.

Best advice. But he should check if he is qualify for the exemption. Some lawyers won’t tell you.
