Hi Henry, I'm in a similar situation as you. I submitted my 5 year old medical exam when I applied. I haven't been outside of Canada for more than a month after the test was done. Did you travel outside of Canada for more than 6 months after your medical test was done? I just want to get an idea on what basis IRCC accepts or rejects old medicals and whether I should just do an upfront medical now in order to save time on my application since I haven't received my AOR yet. Thanks.
I have never left canada for more than 6 months, usually just 2 months every year
There is one rule that there is no rule..LOL
No PCC, really? They can't bend the security aspect, that is one of the most important factors in granting PR

Hey Maxiie, I was talking about the processing times..
I have had temp no for more than 2 months. I got my gcms note yesterday, my note says that my biometrics is outstanding. That payment of 85$ is required for Biometrics. And according to the note, the payment’s due date was Aug 13th 2021. I never receive any request for Biometrics payment, no aor and haven’t been able to link my application. App time was 12:27(toronto time). I called the CIC this morning and the agent maintained that there is not request for Biometrics payment. Please advice. What do you guys think? Please
if you don't have a trv yet, then apply for visitor visa/trv and that ways you can give biometrics

Got AOR 100 years ago.. still waiting.. LOL
Hi,
I got my AOR on July 26 and still didn't get any updates.
I made a mistake in the background form and I didn't mention a previous US visitor visa rejection. is that a bad sign?
Any help plz?

i am really curious to know how are they processing the applications!!
i mean how are they classifying applicants? because some are receiving their decisions in 1 month while others are waiting for decades..!!

That's the sad part..I mean if you have started processing one application, just finish that first then jump to next one. Don't just leave that alone for months..
I applied at May6th, 12:25pm under IG stream. No AOR yet. I see a lot of people are getting AOR way after applying at 12:25pm. Is there anyone like me here?

Maybe it's because when i applied i submitted every document and payment upfront and i made no mistakes in the forms so my application got processed faster but who knows, i am sure you will receive an update soon i noticed that they started processing applications faster lately so just be patient
