H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

I received an email today. That my work permit application has been transferred to Canada Immigration Centre in Etobicoke for processing. Please what does this mean? My H&C application is showing processing. Why did they transfer my work permit application? Does this indicate any thing? Please I need answers

it could be many reason
But the one thing I knows for sure it will takes months for answers when my H&c was in process they send my work permit application to Edmonton office it takes 9 months but I got approved for less than 6 months lol

I just wanna ask, what are the ground for the officer who refused the file for the second time ? Did you change your letter on the next submission or did u include more evidence on the second submission ?

if they want to refuse they will make any kind of ground

How long does GCMS notes take nowadays? I have been waiting for a month, but all I got was my temporary code. And my lawyer also emailed IRCC about the status of the application, but they haven't got back to us on that for a couole weeks.

it takes 3 up to 12 weeks I think you almost there they only reason some members application are delayed because there missing documents like rcmp fingerprints certificate or if someone requested exemption for like passport, Financial l, background for country it’s hard to get etc any kind of exemption that makes your second stage Daley

you will hear something soon could be tomorrow or Saturday maybe by end of the next month

Hi Katayoon, or anyone who is able to answer my questions. Do I need to contact Ircc after biometrics or it will automatically get submitted? Also how long after biometrics will Ircc send out Aip? It's been one week since biometrics was requested and done.

Biometrics is submitted by Service Canada directly to IRCC. For my partner, AIP came just a few days after biometrics but it was his 3rd HC and he was under deportation order. For an average case, you should bank 3-12 months for this stage.
