Recived portal email asking for information : oct 21 replied with the details same day.
Got second portal email on oct 25 replied same day
recieved CPOR today

Okay, heres my full timeline leading up to receiving my card which took the longest.

Aor-May 15th
Medical passed-July 7th
Biometric Request- July 9th
Pr portal confirmation-July 30th
ECORP- Aug 11th
Picture got rejected-Aug 17th Aug
Ghost update- Oct 22nd on gic acct
Pr Card Mailed: Oct 28th

VO Etobicoke and no dependent, no update on the portal, it's still in review but it's showing approved in my gic/cic acct

I had a doubt. If in an application with 2 people, primary and one dependent. And the medical shows passed. Is it passed for both people or just for primary applicant? And is it same with the background check ?

Biometric - no need , already given a year back.
Ghost update- 2 times seen

I ordered a GCMS notes
I see there,

Primary office - Vancouver immigration
RPRF - Complete
Eligibility - Recommend passed
Security -
HIRV -
Criminality - Passed
Medical - Passed
Info sharing - Complete

paper file transfer -
Transfer reason - workload (re)-distribution

recommendation : Recommend pass.
Requirement: Appears met Ready to finalize RPRF - Complete.



please advise how long it will take from here .
What does it mean by paper file transferred to Vancouver office and central in take office ??.
Reason is given as work load distribution.
Please post replies regarding this matter.
