oh goodness, i didn't upgrade my language scores. i had 6 points more to reach the max for language, then it'd have been 470. after my birthday it dropped to 464 and that's how oinp caught me on Oct 6 HCP

Mate my crs dropped to 471 after day of birth in june!
Noc 3113 which means absolutely donkey chances of getting a pnp
