Hi All, March online applicant here but wanted to ask if anyone received a first ghost update after AOR and didn't get any real updates after a while (i.e. all still in progress)? I received a ghost update two weeks ago and no real updates so far.

Following up on this, does anyone have the first ghost update for more than 2 weeks and still no real update ?

Ghost update doesn’t necessarily mean that you should see an update in the tracking system. I saw a ghost update about 40 days ago and nothing since then. Sometimes officer puts an important note on your file, or might verify a part of your application, and the system automatically updates your file. It doesn’t mean you should necessarily see something.

Que Regarding Citizenship Test.

Me and Wife Completed Citizenship Test on 8th Oct.
My Result to update "Completed "on 10th Oct.
But Wife's Test Result still "In Progress" until today.
How long it will take to be completed ?
Is one have waiting much longer to get test results update?

Congrats! What date is your oath ceremony? DId they ask for any other documents any special instruction for the oath ceremony if you can share please? And also what is processing office?

No... its sooooo frustrating! it seems this office is the only one processing Afghanistan asylum application!
the timing slowed after that only. Otherwise it was going quite okay.

Ironically, no one center is engaged with Afghanistan. and mostly its at the west coast.
When was your background check ? Usually its takes approx 2 months from that date on a general run rate.
