And can you clarify me about status
In progress and Review pending , I am confused if they are same thing or different

AOR - May 31
VO - Primary Ottawa
Secondary OSC

In progress means they are currently working on it

review required means case analyst after reviewing the documents suggest to the visa officer to review the documents before finalizing the application

Hey guys
quick question, I have read a lot of comments stating that they received ghost updates but I haven't received even one. Is it something concerning or not?

My AOR CEC May 10, 2021.
Biometric was given May 31st
Medical passed on May 28th.
Have 1 year of foreign work experience in 2 different companies (provided both HR letter and Pay stubs of last 3 months)
Canadia experience 1 year

No update since then

Medical update on June 22

yesterday we got an update to get a Police Certificate from Colombia ,my wife is from there and she is the first applicant .
We sent the police certificate with the application but some how they want another one done by an agency.
Hopefully after that we got the golden email .

Got an update a few minutes ago “ We are reviewing the documents you provided “
I uploaded the document on 10/21/21
Can’t wait for the golden email
