My online tracker updated for the test invite starting October 22nd but I haven’t had an email yet, is that normal? Will I get the link sent to me actually on the 22nd? We’ve been waiting so long for this I don’t want to miss anything! Thanks everyone for your help.

I took a week trip and decided not to take the stupid book so I can’t really study but I’m back on Monday and will start studying the book then and listen to the audio one on the drive home. hopefully just like university days I’ll cram enough and take it on Tuesday! I got the email yesterday afternoon so it’ll come for you too!

I applied for my new UK passport so my old passport is still in limbo so a bit nervous of them asking for photocopies when I don’t have it!! But hopefully it’ll come back soon.

Finally update! Only 6 months since I took my citizenship test October 16th Oath ceremony set to “in progress”. Received an email today (October 21) - Oath scheduled for November 2nd. Feel free to update the spreadsheet. We have a trip planned on December 27th. Anyone can provide an estimate on when I can expect to get my certificate of citizenship -> passport? Thank you all for contributing to this forum!

Good for you. I plan to cram today and tomorrow and take the test Monday just to get it over and done with. No sign of the email though...... stay tuned!

Hiya, the online portal says I can take the test from Monday but I have not gotten an email yet - I am a bit worried - any thoughts?

I took the test on April 15th I believe and everything set to completed on Mat 8th. No updates since then until October 16th like I said.

If you can take the test as if tomorrow you should have received an email from your local office. Follow up but don’t wait for a response and take the test. The instructions are available on ircc website

Just finished test 18/20 ( Today 24 October)

had done interview before already 14 October and had submitted copies of passport scan as requested.
