Hopefully this is good news and not just more waiting

Basically it’s not a good sign . It’s waste of time . One of my freind inland with 3 dependents from Alberta. He applied after me almost 20 days and he got ecopr couple of weeks ago because his file not transferred to another vo.

Can anyone shed what is meaning of inventory SPR?
