I just tried and it says "Due to high volume calls, we are unable to take your call".

i GOT REFUSAL YESTERDAY AFTER AOR
REASON-WE R NOT SATISFIED THAT YOU WAS IN CANADA AT SUBMITTING APPLICATION PLEASE HELP IF ANYONE STUCK IN SAME SITUATION CAN I APPLY FOR reconsideration?

Did you travel outside canada for any time while the application was processing. And please share the timelines.

Thanks for your reply. Actually after my pcc request. I have not got any update. Even I am able know about my pcc after linking application. I have not got any email from them. So I am worried.

Hi, I submitted my documents a month ago and there is no update after that...all we can do is just wait..

It now says, October 18, 2021- We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.

I have a question that makes me worry about my application. Are we allowed to sign a job offer whlie we are visitor record holder and applying extention WP under the policy(18 months) during covid period?
