Yes you can. I just came back from my two weeks vacation in international flight and the immigration office did not ask me any question. I had my passport with visitor stamp, my vaccination letter and my negative covid test. It was easy and smooth. No need to worry (PGWP currently working in canada)

Hi it took me about 1 month for approval and
After tht stamping is like 10 business days
