Basically I have submitted my ADR on October 07, 2021 but I have not received any update on its reviewing, so I am not sure if they have received it or not. How do I know if they have received my document or not? I am really confused.

Please help as I've heard people are calling IRCC and asking about updates on their application. Where to call and how to know?
