I remember somebody mentioning that they checked at 7am and there was nothing,
And again at 11.30 approx, and the status was changed.
(I just checked 2nd time for the day before coming here),
maybe a third one before I sleep.
And yes, it is definitely out of pattern, but I mentioned that in the email to the person who received the passport copies, and he didn’t acknowledge it. So be it, better safe than sorry, unless you have the passport or citizenship certificate in hand.
It happened with me twice as no update in morning but around 11 Am status updated for both test & "Decision Mada" i e completion of Physical presence etc.
Where as for my spouse all the activities were updated on ealry mornings.

I successfully passed the Citizenship test on July 12th., the same for my wife.
My wife received a request letter for passport copies on September
14th, however, I haven’t received any request yet; despite the fact
that we took the test during the same week.
The status of the citizenship test is still showing up as “pending”
when looking at the tracker, for my wife the status is "completed"
Would you think is there any issue with my test/application?
I already contacted IRCC by the web form, but I received a generic answer.
Has anyone having their application processed at Surrey, B.C. office received test invites? Mine and my wife’s application shows “background check” completed in March 2021 and there has been ZERO updates since. They are truly testing every one’s patience…..

I would try emailing the office who scheduled your test directly, that is a long time for the status to not update. Usually it takes 2 business - 1 or 2 weeks to update the tracker.
If there was an anomaly/technical issue in your test they normally contact you to reschedule. Radio silence is of course concerning.

Your case is almost same as ours,
Wife received Passport Pictures request 2 and half months after test, a month after it was Decision Made.
I also feel these emails were mistakenly sent to some people, one of the applicants who received this request had already attended Oath Ceremony.
One major difference is that the test was updated to complete with in 4 days for both of us.
