Biometrics verified March 2021

Logging in IRCC website, the application status is still showing as In Progress. No other update.
GCMS requested July 15, 2021. No reply yet.
Should i be worried? I know there's pandemic delay but I'm a little anxious because in IRCC it says most of the applications they are now processing were submitted March 2021.

I found the thread. Unfortunately it's in the December 2019 AOR thread someone named sitaram who got his PPR October 11, 2021 (that's almost 2yrs later!)

Just out of curiosity, is there any way to file a complaint against IRCC for this extremely long processing time?
I've heard people protest outside their building, that doesn't seem to work.
Some people contacted their local MP for an update, that also doesn't seem to work.

It looks to me that this organization could do whatever they want without any supervision.
