They send NOI directly to your express entry profile.

so it was not based on EOI isn't it. because i have had two profiles based on two experiences and NOC 0124 received the NOI.

bruh i lost 6 points past month and didnt go for the maxing out of ielts. i am currently at 464
but instead i did an academic

EOI is for inland paper based applications only not express entry, it didn't even exist until April of this year.

and moved on with the plans of getting a study permit and i am still waiting for the acceptance letter from a diploma mill. So i didn't do another language test to compensate the loss of points when i crossed another age milestone. Also i didn't know an outland person with no history of being in canada will be able to get a NOI.

Well things still lined up well for you, so congrats. My only hope is also a diploma mill, and that's what I'm trying for now. Wasted last year because I made the decision to learn french instead of applying to graduate schools. Otherwise I could have been in Canada right now pretending to learn from a wonderful top tier diploma mill.

I'm broke as well outside of the bare minimum POF. So I've been looted of money AND time xD

No, my CRS then is 435 or some shit. If I had a CLB 8 or 9 in french instead of CLB 7, I might have fallen into the golden range, not sure. Trust me, I've considered all possible options, and getting a Canadian degree is my only option haha. Thing is, I'm not sure I'd even get in, since I am changing majors.

The problem is people are blind by the prediction of Kubeir Kamals video. They think what ever he says in his video will follow. The real fact is he is trying to create an engagement in his channel and group by sharing inaccurate predictions without the data.

After this video was released many came to me that IRCC does not take into consideration of targets for the invites.

So I have released the video with last 6 years IRCC data. Now his moderators are trying to remove my post from various groups. He has a group of people who are moderators in his own group and they are members in other group to report anything which comes against them.

If he says something, everyone should ask on what basis he is saying that? Do they have any data? Do they have any statement from any Minister or Govt department.

The most important thing He should stop his so called trick of creating engagement and sharing inaccurate information.

You are even here hahahah - do not take me wrong man. But to be honest the data from previous years do not indicate anything. We are in 2021 which was f***** up and caused a lot of issues not only in immigration. It is totally different situation to what it was 2,3,4,5 years ago so there is no point to even try to compare the data of ITAs etc. etc.

It is unpredictable what will happen and even saying that draws will resume in 2022 is a pure speculation. Anyone that will say anything about FSW that they will resume at a certain time is a speculation.

There was a lot of changes pointing that FSW will start and I am pretty sure you were also believing that FSW would start in a short time.
There is no point to bash anyone channel - it looks like you are just trying to get views etc. Probably it is not only me who thinks like that. People are watching Kubair or Mark of one reason, they have extensive knowledge about Canadian policies and laws and you cannot act as a consultant or a lawyer. They were wrong, but they have admitted that.

A lot of people were nearly sure that FSW draws will resume and they did not, soo what, though shit There is no point to talk about who was right or wrong. Life is still going. We just have to sit and wait What else can you do. FSW will resume for sure, the million dollar question is when - with all the respect to you but even if you will compare the data with previous years, in the current situation this does not mean much. They have missed their target last year by a lot, they have made decisions that no one would even think that it will be possible. Because of the circumstances we are in, anything can happen at any stage. You can also play lotto and more than likely you have exactly same chances of winning as you would guess when FSW will start or what is the exact cause of it. You are doing exactly same thing, predicting... There is no point to blame anyone for these predictions. Each one of us has a brain - it is up to you what you will think about it. This is why it is called prediction - you are not sure in 100% that something will happen. No one can predict a date of FSW or what IRCC will do, they have shown to us that this year is very unpredictable.

One advice from my side. You have to learn to have a respect to other people. Even if they were wrong, you should not bash on them on your YT channel. Have some respect man. These guys, spent good few years to finish their law degrees and get their licenses etc. learn a lot about the entire system. You can laugh about it but it is true and it is very unprofessional to do such things. At some point you will learn all of that in a harsh way.
