Do they answer phone call for inquiring status now?

Yes they answered , i talked with Ircc agent tried 3 times though.

Just called Ircc , Got updates - Medical and Eligibility Passed.
Security and criminality - Review pending
Vo Edmonton .
AOR was 12 May 2021. Medical passed 23 June. Any idea how much time more ?

Are they answering the calls ? I called few days back and they denied me to answer the questions because they were not priority questions

Yes but I managed to fetch some information.

I asked indirectly that why my file not found when i called to check status, then agent said its error, so i asked can you tell me if its there in system and which processing stage. Then i asked my questions but it really depends on the agents if they wish to give you answers or reason that they are not allowed to answer.

Just got GU now and my background check became “we are processing….”
How many days before we received portal email?

usually for inland applicants after this 24-72 hours, you will get an update one more GU or email.

longest i saw was one person waiting for a week, due to long weekend at that time.

I am waiting for my background check to change back too. good to see ur's changed.

IRCC call1 - Aug 10. Criminality passed, eligibility, background not started
IRCC call2 - Oct 12. Same status as Aug 10

I have same aor may 10 and have one dependent outland . They didn’t even started eligibility. I called them once in august and once in October only criminality is passed. I know some people with aor around may 10 . Several people are stuck. My vo is etobicoke what is urs?
