Hello everyone, I got AIP on April 24 th based on h&c grounds , did my medicals month after I sent all required documents and PR fee , since then I did not received any info , it’s already 5 months from AIP, how long I have to wait for stage 2 to be completed ? Any ideas?

I updated my H&C by sending the documents via Canadian post. When I track It, showed it has been delivered. How do I know it was received by IRCC?

I have previously sent the original application. This is just an update. Will get AOR any time I add documents?

No AOR is only sent for the application. You can give them a couple of weeks and call to confirm the receipt of additional docs. Also, GCMS notes will show an additional line to confirm receipt of docs.

next time you update, it is better to use webform or email. We always got email acknowledgment in the past when we did so - in my experience, at least.

My lawyer told me, that IRCC are now processing slower applications due to situation in Afghanistan. When I called ircc call centre a month ago ,they told me, my applications is waiting for final review and background is passed, so next letter it will be CoPR? Are they transferring applications for final review? Mine was in Niagara Falls

My lawyer told me, that IRCC are now processing slower applications due to situation in Afghanistan. When I called ircc call centre a month ago ,they told me, my applications is waiting for final review and background is passed, so next letter it will be CoPR? Are they transferring applications for final review? Mine was in Niagara Falls

It will be a webform that you will receive and have to fill out with your address etc. After that, they will send you link where you will upload pics and download COPR. It took 2 months for us to get an officer sign off COPR from the time file was transferred for final review.

Hi,

I've been approved for PR (H&C) and I have been asked by Niagara office to pay for Right for Permanent Residence Fee (500$) which I payd,
and I sent all the aditional documents exept the police certificate from Israel (this is for my mother in law 75 years old).

I sent a letter to Niagara office with explenations that I have ordered the police certificate 2 times from Israel (I sent them a proof) but it never received at the embassy in Toronto. (2 mounts alredy).

What do you think will happen next?
Do you think they can proceed the application without police certificate?
Do they ask for PR photos before they send COPR's?

Ok thanks , I can’t wait my lawyer sent message to Vancouver about update of my application , but it was processing in Niagara , does it matter or not ?
